Each year, Bryan Memorial Gallery selects a theme for its annual juried membership exhibition.  This year, a call for paintings of water-related imagery  brought together an abundance of variations on the water theme from classical perspectives of rivers and oceans, to semi-abstract treatments of waves dashing or cascading over rocks.

Bryan Gallery members were invited to submit up to three paintings to the Waterscapes jury, from which a trio of independent jurors selected the work for the exhibition.  Work in many media including oil, watercolor, collage, mixed media, photography, fabric art and sculpture was included in the exhibition.

Although the Waterscapes exhibition has concluded, some of the work in the exhibition still can be purchased.  Contact info@bryangallery.com for more information.
